How to use "kurwa" properly

In today's video I'm going to teach you how to use the popular Polish word "kurwa" properly. What does kurwa mean? When to use kurwa? Why is kurwa so popular? Subscribe to learn more.
Ą and ę can have an 'n' or 'm' sound because of their nasality ('m' and 'n' are nasal consonants) ( ą and ę may have a 'ń' sound, as in the word pięć.
Ą and ę may also have a /ŋ/ sound after it.
Polish Cyrillic uses these pronunciations instead of a seperate letter for the letter, as in 'pięć' пеньць.
Szcz is technically one letter representing one sound, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian have a separate letter for it щ.
And if I may, you forgot about stress. Although it is unmarked and consistently penultimate stress, it would've been nice to have gone over that.
Ę technically has two sounds in Polish, /ɛw̃/pięč and /ɛ/ at the end of the word, potrzebuję.
W is devoiced because of the 'sz' which is voiceless.
Titsky 😍
Yup, english should be abolished. Great vid mate. <3
Came here to be able to pronounce Polish words and place names. Left crying. 😭
Wszyscy - vshistsi or fshistsi whatever u want but spell that i like in word bit
Asian moon runes? Maybe tone down the racism buddy.
As a german the "ch" and the "h" sounded just like in german AND very different from each other🤣
Polish🇵🇱🤝🏻🏴Welsh Having no vowels
Now sing “I don’t give a sh€t” in Polish 🇵🇱
You are polish
you need to do one on how to pick up women, in a rude manner.
Po co ja to oglądam
the ą and ę sound like the French 'an' (ex: antan) and 'en' (ex: entendu) the french nasalizes their a and e, i don't feel it that much in polish. so is it like between nasalizing and not nasalizing it?? also, lmao, i can hear the ń sounding like the spanish ñ
okay, before I play, im going guess its pronounced 'Wuzeskee sohdreh glahscah wustrehmeezliw pscolee' Edit: I failed
Well why did you not say this is actually vsiszci scsodzse guváscso vsztzsemiézslive pscsouvi in Hungarian, we could immediately read it. Ok not immediately because you still have 2-3 consonants next to each other what is wrong with you :)))))
Yeah, using Cyrillic to write Polish would be far easier and faster.
>orcs tee-hee. on the dnr list you go :-)
IT'S NOT SIRILLIC IT'S KIRILLIC KIRILLIK KIREELLIK kirEEllik YOU FU-
Looks like Polish people were forced to use Latin script, but still had to have ш, щ, ж and invented these dz sz combinations
i found my polish channel
I'm Bulgarian and I died laughing on cicky, not really because of the word itself, but because of the unexpected mention. It's crazy how all Slavic languages can understand each other when saying obscene words 🤣
I knew Polish was easy indeed. But I was wrong 😔
davai pierogi! blyat
2:31 Piękny przykład dla anglików 🗿🗿🗿
About "ch" and "h": Czechs and Ukrainians, but also surprisingly Turks and Arabs, will still pronounce it as hard "ch", you have to make a gurgling sound with your throat while pronouncing this
Поляком идеально подошел бы кириллический алфавит, без всех этих нагромождений из латинских букв
hilarious 😂
Dżizys dys lęgłydż ys chard tó prynąns
Ah that sz always fucks me up because in hungarian sz is a normal S (Hungarian is not a normal language fight me Hungarians)
3:50 measure contains the same sound as _rz_ in English.
There is also "kto daje jebanie?" Who gives a shit (also "kogo to jebie" literly who is fucked by that, but it measns who gives a shit. There is also "nie daję jebania" i dont give a fuck
The wsz in “wszycy” actually starts with a v like wodka. It’s just softened by the sz combine. Much like the ę is not used at the end of words by younger people. It’s not actually proper Polish as my grandmother would scold me.
as a Hungarian, I just wish I was a Slav in tracksuits after having seen your video. my compliments, perfect structure, extremely informative, made me try and repeat your sounds, your presentation stlye's worth a teacher medal bro! excellent tutorial! dziekuje bardzo :)
Listen, we all know that this "polish" you're talking about is Black Tongue of Mordor, and we aren't allowed to use such noxious language, here, in Rivendel. Go back to your master, black minion!
W takim razie pozdrawiam Riwendelczyków serdecznie z samego serca mordoru ; )
"rz" is similar to "zh" in english which is used for russian transliterations and such
Cyrillic is so much better for polish. Wszyscy szczodrze? Вшисци шчодже. Glaszcza? Гуашчоу. Wstrzemiezliwe? Встжэмиэужливэ. Pszczoly? Пшчоуы.
zaekurwabiscie!
Zbyt daleko idące uproszczenia,. np. "krzak" zawiera dżwięk "sz", "chleb pszenny" ma na końcu "p" , zaś "si " na pewno nie jest tym samym co "ś". To tylko "wierzchołek góry lodowe"j ...
Somehow this was easy for me as an portuguese speaker
Thank you 🎉
Ż=RZ, can be written in two ways….. noooo !!!! It is written in two ways… you just need to know orthography …..
Thank you! This helped my polish up my Polish.
9:03 Oh shit thats my tinder bio!
W słowie "wstrzemięźliwe" jest tylko jeden dźwięk 'i'. To pierwsze 'i' oznacza tylko miękkość spółgłoski 'm' a nie samogłoskę 'i'. Poprawnie mówi się "fstszem'ęźl'iwe' a nie "fstszemjęźl'iwe". Przy okazji kolejne zjawisko fonetyczne: to drugie 'i' pełni z kolei DWIE funkcje. Pierwsza - samogłoski 'i' a druga to zmiękczenie poprzedzającej ją spółgłoski 'l'.
i will DIE trying to remember this sentence. not i will die trying.
Hey! Polish vowels aren't always gigachad, never changing sounds. They can also make a different sound when followed by "j." For example, in "najszybciej", the "aj" at the beginning makes a hard "i" sound in english like in "night" or "hi", and the "ej" at the end makes a long "a" sound in English, like "hay" or "pray"
Awesome. VERY Entertaining. For someone who doesn't know Polish at all it moves really fast. I understand a little Polish so I was able to keep up.
Wow, I'm a linguist, and this was the very best lesson in letter pronunciation that I've ever seen. Clear, compact, funny, perfect.
*Tells me that polish isn't made up of horrible consonant clusters* *I listen to him reading the sentence load* Polish is still made out of consonant clusters lol
